Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 7-day return policy under the following conditions:

• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• The reason for return must be clear and valid.

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• No return or refund will be accepted if the product is damaged by the customer.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process:

• A replacement, or

• A refund (as per company policy)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
